 PENGUIN PADDLE

The azure waters of the Indian Ocean beckon with the promise of one of the biggest penguin colonies in South Africa. The colony at Boulders Beach has become a major tourist attraction where you can get really close to these fascinating creatures. Paddle around the rocky outcrops and the rugged coastline and these delightful birds will join you as you row, swimming and diving in your wake as you journey through the waves.

SUP PADDLE

Do it standing up! Enjoy the thrilling experience of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding. It provides hours of fun and is super easy to learn. Developed in Hawaii, it is an offshoot of surfing, but anyone can do it and after a short lesson from a trained guide you will be up and gliding across the water in no time. It is a great way to play in the water, see the colourful seascape, underwater marine inhabitants and provides great views of the coastline. You could also spot seals and penguins in their natural habitats.

CANAL PADDLE

See the city of Cape Town from a different angle on a leisurely paddle through the canals of Century City and Intaka Island. This amazing wetland in the urban jungle is a great experience for nature lovers and culture vultures alike. Marvel at the myriad of local bird life as you cruise along the bustling cityscape. The contrast of striking urban design and architecture against natural scenic beauty is awe-inspiring for many tourists.
