3 nights at Le Petite Dauphine in Franschhoek, a beautiful working wine and fruit farm with tranquil lakes and exquisite views over vineyards and mountains.

Day 1

Welcome to Cape Town! You will be met at the door of the aircraft and escorted through customs and baggage claim and taken to your awaiting transfer to Kensington Place (25 minutes). Check in to Kensington Place Boutique Hotel for 4 nights on a bed and breakfast basis in a standard room. Your hire car will be delivered to the hotel this afternoon.

Day 2

Your days worth of Detoxifying Juice will be delivered to your hotel this morning. This morning your private hiking guide will meet you at your hotel to discuss the hiking trail options available. Enjoy a very gentle hike up to the top of Lions Head and experience the full magnitude of Table Mountain as it looms above you, as well as 360 degree views of Cape Town. Alternatively, hike the famous Skeleton Gorge and really put your fitness to the test on this full day hike commencing at Kirstenbosch Gardens. Spend the afternoon by the pool at the hotel or take a walk along the beach at Llandudno's beautiful unspoilt beach. This evening you will be collected by your private yoga instructor and taken to a beautiful secluded spot for a private yoga session with outstanding views.

Day 3

After taking delivery of your Detox Juice, Head off to Cape Point and enjoy a private guided hike around this southern most peninsular in Cape Town. Stop for a picnic on a secluded beach or enjoy a hearty lunch, subject to juicing regime of course. Spend the afternoon returning slowly back to Cape Town via the sleepy coastal towns of Simonstown, Fish Hook and Kalk Bay.

Day 4

After taking delivery of your final day Detox Juice, head off on an organised activity, or enjoy a morning wandering around the V&A Waterfront, taking in all the street entertainment and listen out for the noon day gun! This afternoon, head over to Beaux Constantia for afternoon tea with sensational views over the Constantia Valley. Sunset cruises are also a must from the V&A Waterfront.

Day 5

This morning you will have a final yoga session with your instructor before heading off to the beautiful Winelands. Check into Le Petite Dauphine for 3 nights in a Luxury Suite on a B&B basis. Spend the day exploring the Winelands, taking in all the best wine estates in the area, perhaps stopping off for an alfresco lunch under the trees at the famous Grand Provence Wine Estate.

High above the Franschhoek Valley, this stunning hide-away commands sensational views across the valley.

Day 6

Optional private Tour - or enjoy a drive over the mountains to Hermanus and enjoy lunch at the very special Creation Wine Estate with its spectacular views over the vineyards to the sea. This evening enjoy sundowners at Dieu Donne and enjoy a glass of their finest fizz whilst the sun turns the whole valley pink before your eyes. Retire to a table inside after sunset and enjoy some sensational food from their seasonal menu.

Day 7

Visit the lovely leafy town of Stellenbosch that is steeped in history and visit their quirky shops, cafes and restaurants. We'd recommend doing a wine trail in this region whilst you are here and enjoy a few chocolate and cheese tasting stops too. This evening we would recommend a booking at The Tasting Rooms at La Quartier Francais, one of South Africa's top 3 restaurants.

Day 8

You have all day to enjoy an optional tour, or just take it easy around the hotel, with a late check out request. Your transfer will collect you late afternoon for your transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your return flight.
