The perfect place to come back to after your excursions around Cape Town everyday, the five star Glen Avon Boutique Guest House offers all of the comforts of home but with a touch more class and luxury. Like many of the luxury hotels in Constantia, this hotel dates as far back as the 1700’s. Pieces of its Cape Dutch history can still be found on the property.
Enjoy gourmet meals in the restaurant at night and indulge in full South African breakfasts in the well manicured garden before heading off to one of the many attractions in and around Cape Town. Cape Point, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the world renowned beaches are only a stones throw away from this haven of tranquility.
Accommodation
Guests can choose from 16 en-suite bedrooms all featuring only the finest linens and sumptuous design touches. All the rooms come standard with satellite TV and a mini bar, air conditioning and WiFi. Add to this the king size beds and you might just never want to leave this Garden of Eden.
The marble bathrooms are a welcome touch of elegance as one melts their cares away in the large baths. Decorated in the Capestay theme, you’ll find that every need has been accommodated in the room, proving that usefulness can indeed be luxurious and sophisticated.
There are also two suites on the property that are spacious and incredibly lavish with fine percale and cotton creating a space in which to really pamper yourself.
Facilities
The restaurant serves delicious local fare with locally sourced ingredients picked straight out of the garden. Glen Avon also boasts a crystalline 11 metre heated swimming pool as well as a lounge in which to enjoy a good book next to the fireplace in winter with some Gluhwein. There is also a fully equipped business desk.

When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.
