16-Night Five Star Family Adventure

Due to the huge amount of interest we are receiving for five star accommodation, we have specially created this itinerary for families who are looking for the very best hotels, lodges and activities that South Africa has to offer.  If 16 nights is too long, we are able to reduce the number of nights very easily, please get in touch and mention this itinerary.

Day 1

You will be met at the door of the aircraft and escorted through customs and baggage claim and taken to your awaiting flight to Port Elizabeth Airport. Collect your hire car and drive the easy 2 hour drive to Kwandwe Game Reserve. (Private transfers available at extra cost). Check into Kwandwe's Ecca Lodge for 4 nights on an all inclusive basis in a family Suite - with exclusive use of a game vehicle, tracker and ranger for the full duration of your stay. A delicious supper will be served at one of a number of stunning locations around the Lodge.

Day 2

Children can join the ranger programme over the course of 5 game drives, where your private ranger will teach them everything there is to know about the animals, birds and bugs of the African bush. Each game drive will take them one step closer to graduating with flying colours, and they will leave Kwandwe with encyclopaedic knowledge of the african bush.

Day 3

Participate in the many activities on the Eco-Nect programme including map reading, treasure hunts, a Bugs & Bones walk and baking. Enjoy time at your luxurious family villa with private plunge pool and wrap around deck. Head out on the Save The Rhino drive and spend the afternoon learning about the habits of this threatened species, the issues of rhino poaching and get an insight into Kwandwe's very own anti -poaching programs.
